Printing TPU with PLA Supports

We recently got the Bambulab H2D and this was the perfect first print to throw on it and truly test the dual extrusion capabilities of this machine 🔥

A local shoe designer needed some prototypes of their shoe outsole done in TPU. Because of the geometry, this part needed supports. Printing these supports in TPU would be a nightmare to remove...so we tried printing supports in PLA and it worked amazing 💪

Hopefully this video shows a glimpse of what you can do with TPU + PLA. Having dissimilar support material for TPU really makes life easier and allows you to do some very cool things 🙌
