High quality SLA printers, the Form 3 and Form 3L are super reliable workhorses that have a wide array of resin offerings and engineering resins. We stock almost all of the engineering resins and have a local distribution partner who can deliver unstocked resins within a day. We are also a Formlabs Ambassador. A large format, industrial, Independent Dual Extrusion machine (IDEX). Dual extrusion allows high quality prints even with complex geometries and overhangs by using soluble or break-away support material. We offer a wide array of engineering filaments. Color options are typically limited to white, black, or natural.

Bambu Lab X1 Carbon

A very new, high speed single extrusion machine developed by a team of experienced engineers from DJI. This printer comes equipped with vibration compensation, a Core XY gantry, a “Micro Lidar” sensor for automatic flow calibration and a multi-material management system capable of up to 16 different materials and colors.

Vaquform DT2

Vacuum forming (a type of thermoforming) has a wide array of applications such as prototyping of packaging, plastic consumables, light diffusers and more. The Vaquform is a desktop vacuum former that’s very well designed and has a strong hybrid suction vacuum to achieve fine detailed parts. Using 3D printed molds allows one to rapidly iterate and design vacuum formed parts in days rather than weeks.

Uniram URS500

A solvent distiller used to recycle saturated IPA consumed during the SLA post-processing step. We invested in a solvent recycler for several reasons.

  • There is no good, environmentally friendly way to recycle IPA - we had previously paid waste treatment facilities to take our waste IPA, but found out that they just incinerate it

  • It allows us to reduce operating costs and reduce waste associated with packaging materials and transport

  • Having an in-house recycler means that we can more easily and frequently change IPA, resulting in cleaner parts for our clients

We can also recycle IPA for clients who have their own 3D printers, saving you cost and reducing your environmental footprint.

A small, portable, CNC plasma table with a top of the line Hypertherm 30XP plasma cutter and FineCut consumables. We can cut any conductive metals up to 1/4’’ thick such as Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel, Brass and Copper.

A first of its kind, super rigid, entry-level CNC milling machine built and designed for cutting aluminum, steel, and stainless (and of course plastics). The MR-1 was specifically designed to be affordable, but also engineered to cut aluminum and steel.
