Who We Are

We’re a small, rapid prototyping, consulting and product design company in Vancouver, Canada. We are local engineers with years of experience designing, prototyping and manufacturing. We focus on three things:

Prototyping services with fast lead times. Capabilities include 3D printing, laser cutting & engraving, as well as vacuum forming. Other services like injection molding and CNC machining can be offered through our partners. See our equipment page for more details.

Product design services. We are adept at many disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, firmware and software design. See some of our past work here.

We manufacture custom products that solve specific problems related to 3D printing, additive manufacturing and rapid prototyping. Check out our products page for more details.

Why Ember?

Ember is hyper locally focused - exceptional support, fast lead times, minimal shipping costs and no currency conversions. We operate high quality machines with low run costs - competitive pricing with quality that rivals high-end machines at other service bureaus.

We have years of hands-on experience designing products & prototyping. Using a wide range of skill sets in various disciplines, we’ve taken many products to commercialization.

We are experienced with manufacturing and additive technologies and understand the pain points of running equipment efficiently. We design and manufacture products specifically to solve problems that we encounter ourselves.
